From 1960 to today there have been many changes experienced by the Vanin restaurant and in this continuous evolution, we have never lost sight of our cardinal points: respect for the customer and love for our work.

We have a great passion in our work, which we achieve in listening and satisfying our customer. It is a passion that the Vanin restaurant with the "paron Basilio" continually uses to create and propose new dishes, to make the customer satisfied with their choices.
